How to Prepare your Pork Shoulder AKA Boston Butt

Place your Pork Shoulder in Crock Pot with a 1/4 cup of water.

Cook on LOW for 6 hours and then spill all juices out of Crock Pot.

Take 2 forks and Shread Meat.  Then add your favorite Barbeque Sauce.

Yummy!

How to Make a Stuffed Pork Chop

Preheat oven to 325*

Wrap Stuffed Pork Chops Individually in foil.

Bake for 1 1/2 hrs. Last 10 min open foil for a crisping. 

Let it cool down and then spill the juice in the foil on top of pork chop.

ENJOY!

City Chicken

You will need 3 bowls.

First bowl, four; salt; pepper; paprika.

Second bowl, 2 eggs; 1 tablespoon worcesteshire sauce.

Third bowl, 2 cups of Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs.

Dip City Chicken in flour then in eggs and finally in breads crumbs.

Take a skillet and fill with vegetable oil. {1/2 of the size of the city chicken}

Then on medium heat get the oil hot.  Place city chicken in pan and brown.

Brown both sides til they are golden.

Preheat oven to 325*,  place City Chicken in a foil lined baking dish.

Cover baking dish with foil then bake for 25 Minutes.

You are done!

First take your skillet and add olive oil or butter.  Then get your skillet hot, brown both side of Pork Chop.

Preheat your oven to 400*.  Then in a pan lined with foil bake for 25 minutes.

They will be delicious!

How to Bake the Stuffed Pork Tenderloins


Preheat oven to 325*.

Wrap Stuffed Pork Tenderloin in foil.  Then bake for 1 1/2 hours.  Last 10 min open foil so that the stuffing may get a crisping.  

Then let it sit, slice and spoon juice on each slice.
